Starpizza – General Sales Terms and Conditions
All prices of the equipment offered by STARPIZZA are expressed in Euros, excluding VAT and refer only to purchases made via the Internet.
All catering equipment marketed by STARPIZZA is in compliance with current regulations, each equipment is certified by the EEC. All orders are subject to acceptance by STARPIZZA.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs are variable and depend on the destination, quantity, weight and size of the goods. They will be shown on the order confirmation.
You can avail of the delivery to the required floor, porterage and / or hydraulic elevator. The costs of this service is not included in the shipping costs and depends on the weight of the shipment. It is therefore necessary to request it before the order to calculate the amount separately.
When placing the order it is imperative to communicate any different destinations, and indicate whether the delivery area is somewhat “disadvantaged” (particularly narrow streets, limited traffic areas, pedestrian zones, etc.). No later changeover will be accepted.
At the time of delivery, the customer is responsible to check the outer packaging and, if in case of any alterations, the goods must be accepted with CONTROL RESERVE and communicated immediately. If you do not follow the above instructions, STARPIZZA will not be responsible for the damage found.
The form of payment is: early bank transfer within 24 hours from the confirmation of the order.
30% deposit upon order placement, balance when goods are ready for delivery.
The copy of the payment by wire transfer must display the bank operation number and must be sent by email to email@example.com
All products offered by STARPIZZA are guaranteed for one year from delivery against defects in materials or workmanship.
The defective product during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge at our plants or replaced and the customer is obliged to return the product purchased at his own expense.
Damage caused by misuse is not warranted and the Company takes no responsibility for direct and indirect damages resulting from such misuse.
WITHDRAWAL AND / OR REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
In case the customer intends to withdraw, if he has not paid the deposit, the order is automatically closed.
If he has paid the deposit, this will be vouchered for a subsequent purchase to be made within the current year. No money will be returned.
Any request of change of goods must be communicated within 24 hours from our regular delivery communication.
Installation is not included. You can request a quote for material installation.
