Professional is a range of 32 models which stands out for its reliability and its innovative design.

You can choose between mechanical and digital ovens, all manufactured in the traditional line or in the special line “S”.

Professional electric oven can cook from 4 to 18 pizzas with 34cm diameter

If you prefer it in the mechanical version, Professional electric oven has a regulation system manageable by the ceiling and the floor temperature thermostat, displayed on the digital thermometer.

Professional is also energy efficient with a low voltage double-lighting system (12V).

Professional is Special if you choose the “Activestone®” version.

Refractory on the ceiling with resistors in view and refractory on the floor with heating. Each oven can be built in the Special version, adding a plus on the oven basic rate.
