Fimar electric pasta cookers for countertops and with mobile support

Fimar electric pasta cookers have a structure, lids and baskets in stainless steel. The tank is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, thickness 15/10. All the handles of the baskets and the lid knobs are made of insulating material. The water heating resistors are armoured in Incoloy stainless steel. Fimar electric pasta cookers have a standard water loading tap that can be connected to the mains + external safety tap; with a raised chimney with splash guard function. The CP/11 model (capacity 11 litres) is a countertop model and is equipped with a front bayonet fitting drain system and pairs of small baskets. The CPM/30 model (30 litres) is equipped with a cabinet, has a drain system connected to the mains and a touch system to eliminate starch residues from the pasta.
