Fimar light spiral mixer

The Fimr light spiral mixer is a machine suitable for making different types of dough, especially for soft doughs such as bread, pizza and piada. The frame is coated with scratch-resistant paint. The parts in direct contact with food (tank, spiral) are made of stainless steel. The Light spiral mixer is equipped with a safety microswitch on the bowl lid. The bowl lid is made of smoked polycarbonate.
Optional: 2nd speed (only for 30LN model), mechanical timer, motor protection, stainless steel grill lid, wheel kit.
