How to clean your pasta cutting equipment?

We recommend a periodic cure of your machine to ensure you have a correct and lasting operation. Many parts of the SR M are practical to clean.


Example: Stainless steel, varnished coatings, polyethylene PE500 and PETG plates can be simply cleaned with soap and neutral detergent. Follow abundant rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
