Following numerous requests, we have added to our product range the new retarder  proofing table for small laboratories, on which it is also possible to stack a small oven for bakery, pizzeria, or gastronomy use.

Small and compact, yet with the power of a regular cabinet, MINILEV will meet all the needs of a small artisan laboratory.

The entire structure is made of robust AISI 304 stainless steel. It features a technical compartment and an external base made of galvanized sheet metal. The external back is made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel, ensuring durability and resistance.

The interior is designed with rounded corners and a shaped base. Insulated with 50 mm of sustainable polyurethane, ensuring energy efficiency. Internally configured to hold 6 trays or plastic crates of 60×40 cm. Equipped with sturdy racks (43 mm pitch) and stainless steel guides. The ventilated refrigeration system includes an evaporator protected by anti-corrosion coatings. Contains a removable refrigeration module, for easy maintenance. The condensing unit operates effectively up to a maximum temperature of +38°C. Uses ecological refrigerant gas R290 (propane). Equipped with an intuitive control panel with a 5-inch TFT touch screen. Ability to actively adjust humidity up to 95%, optimal for extended food preservation. Advanced automatic defrosting and condensate evaporation system for reduced maintenance. Enhanced connectivity through an RS-485 serial port and the option for remote WiFi connection. Doors equipped with automatic closure that stop at 105° and easily interchangeable magnetic seals. Supported by adjustable stainless steel feet, for stable and secure positioning. Operating temperature: -8° / +40° Humidity 55-95%
