Pizza dough divider rounder BALLMATIC300
With the new pizza dough divider rounder BALLMATIC300Â machine, by adding 30 kg of unleavened dough, is possible to get little balls of pasta already rounded with a weight range going from 20 up to 280 pounds.
Weight ball’s setting depends on the diametre of the cone installed in the machine and on the distance between pasta’s output and photocell’s ray.
Thanks to a spiral’s system with an upright cylinder, it’s possible to get perfectly rounded doughs, without them getting hot or altered.
The little balls of pasta will get out well pressed and without any air on the inside.
Hourly production is up to 2500 balls!
This machine is made in ITALY and respects all the CS standards applicable in accordance with the legislation.
