The type of base or sauce can be chosen by you without any problems.

Tomato and Basil: fresh chopped tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper

Marinara: peeled tomatoes (fresh or canned), drained and passed through a vegetable mill, slices of garlic, dried oregano, olive oil

Gorgonzola cheese: crumble the Gorgonzola cheese over the dough, add a small amount of minced garlic and a drizzle of olive oil

Olives: tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, diced pitted green olives

Romana Bianca (White Romana): bacon, onions, rosemary, mozzarella cheese, black pepper

Ratatouille: ratatouille, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese

Sardinian: red onions, anchovies, black olives, capers, oregano

Seafood: shrimps, squid, mussels, Nicoise olives, tomato sauce, garlic

Rosemary: mozzarella cheese, grated Asiago cheese, fresh rosemary, olive oil

Caprese: fresh tomatoes cut and drained of excess liquid, diced mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix in a bowl, and sprinkle on the steaming pizza immediately after taking it out of the oven

Anchovies: anchovies, thinly sliced fresh tomato, thinly sliced sweet fresh onions, grated Pecorino Romano cheese, olive oil

Greek: tomatoes, green and red chillies, spinach, feta cheese, Calamata olives, oregano, dill, hard-boiled eggs

Middle Eastern: lamb, oriental spice mix, pine nuts, tomatoes, onions, nutmeg

Spanish: sweet onions, chilli, ham, raw eggs

Mexican: green pepper, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic, peeled tomatoes, hot pepper, Italian spicy sausage, oregano, coriander
