The new contribution for Italian gastronomic excellence is a great opportunity for restaurants, ice cream parlors and pastry shops. This fund, open since July 2022, offers significant support with a non-repayable contribution of 70% for new machinery, up to a maximum of €30,000. In addition, an incentive of €6,000 is available for hiring apprentices under 30.
Eligible Beneficiaries
Restaurants with Catering (ATECO Code 56.10.11): Companies operating for at least 10 years from 04/07/2022 or which have purchased at least 25% of DOP, IGP, SQNPI, SQNZ and organic certified products in the last 12 months.
Ice Cream Shops and Pastry Shops (ATECO Code 56.10.30), Fresh Pasta Production (ATECO Code 10.71.20): Companies that have been active for at least 10 years from 04/07/2022 or that have purchased at least 5% organic products in the last 12 months.
Contribution Amount
70% Non-Repayable Fund: Up to a maximum of €30,000 for expenses of €42,500.
Machinery Line: Purchase of professional machinery and new capital goods, necessary for high quality agri-food products.
Young Apprentice Line: Gross remuneration for the placement in the company of young graduates in food and wine and hotel hospitality. Requirements: IPSEOA diploma obtained within 5 years and age under 30. Contract duration: 1-3 years.
Application Submission
Applications can be submitted from 01/03/2024 at 10:00 until 30/04/2024 at 10:00. Evaluation will follow a chronological order.
Expenses must be incurred AFTER the application is submitted.
